The wealth of national deputy and leader of La Cámpora, Máximo Kirchner, increased by $2.773 billion during the last fiscal period, reaching $11.085 billion, according to the sworn declaration submitted to the Anti-Corruption Office (OA).

The figure represents a 33.4% increase compared to the $8.311.6 billion declared at the beginning of the period. According to the documentation submitted by the Kirchnerist leader, the increase was mainly linked to the revaluation of real estate and the updating of valuations of other assets under the criteria established by Personal Assets.

The growth is considerably higher than the income reported by Kirchner during the same period. The deputy declared $108.2 million net from his work, rentals, and other income, an amount equivalent to a small portion of the increase recorded in his total wealth.

Among his main assets are significant holdings in U.S. dollars. Kirchner declared deposits of USD 2,332,000, officially valued at over $3.372 billion, in addition to another USD 516,072 in a savings account, equivalent to approximately $746 million.

The son of the Kirchner couple also owns 27 properties distributed between the City of Buenos Aires, Río Gallegos, and El Calafate, including houses, apartments, commercial premises, and land.

Of that total, only two properties were acquired through his own income, while the other 25 came into his wealth as a result of the inheritance from his father, Néstor Kirchner, and assets transferred by his mother, the convicted for corruption Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.

There is a seizure order on 19 of those properties issued by the Federal Oral Court 2 as a consequence of the conviction against the former president in the Vialidad case, aimed at recovering part of the economic damage determined by the Justice.

The sworn declaration also exposes the weight of family companies within the deputy's wealth. His 55% stake in Los Sauces S.A. was valued at $1.853.7 billion, while the 50% he owns in Hotesur S.A. was declared at $1.428.7 billion.

Finally, Máximo Kirchner reported debts of $98.08 million, mainly related to the estate condominium he shares with his sister Florencia Kirchner, in addition to obligations with Hotesur, Los Sauces, and tax authorities.
