The regulations establish that the additional payment for unfavorable areas applies to those working under the household staff regime in the following jurisdictions:
La Pampa.
Río Negro.
Chubut.
Santa Cruz.
Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica and South Atlantic Islands.
Neuquén.
Partido de Patagones, in the province of Buenos Aires.
In these provinces and localities, the employer must add the 31% to the minimum wage corresponding to the worker's category.

The additional payment is calculated based on the basic salary of the corresponding category. The resulting amount is then increased by 31%.
