The commerce employees will receive in the first days of October 2026the salaries for September, with the last increase of 1.9% provided for in the collective agreement of the Argentine Federation of Commerce and Services Employees (FAECyS). The non-remunerative fixed sum of $120,000 will also remain in effect.
With the update, the earnings of full-time workers will range between $1,303,900 and $1,373,514, depending on the category. The increase completes the guideline of 5.7% agreed for the July-September quarter.

How the last salary increase for commerce employees was applied
The 1.9% increase that will be received in October completes the guideline of 5.7% for the July-September quarter. The agreement established three non-cumulative monthly increases, calculated on the basic salaries of June.

For now, a new percentage increase has not been defined. FAECyS and the business chambers CAC, CAME, and Udeca agreed to meet again during October to review basic salaries and negotiate future updates.
