President Javier Milei participated this Sunday in the traditional Tedeum for May 25 held at the Metropolitan Cathedral of Buenos Aires. The president walked from the Casa Rosada to the Catholic temple accompanied by members of his closest political circle, as part of the celebrations for a new anniversary of the May Revolution.

The religious ceremony was led by the Archbishop of Buenos Aires, Jorge García Cuerva, and was attended by national officials, political leaders, and institutional authorities.

Milei walked from Casa Rosada with his political core

The President walked the route between Balcarce 50 and the Metropolitan Cathedral accompanied by the Secretary General of the Presidency, Karina Milei; the Chief of Staff, Manuel Adorni; the President of the Chamber of Deputies, Martín Menem; the Minister of the Interior, Diego Santilli; and the Chancellor Pablo Quirno.

Minister Patricia Bullrich also participated in the ceremony, although she was not part of the group that walked with the president due to her institutional role as a national senator.

The day began earlier at Plaza de Mayo, where the head of the Buenos Aires government, Jorge Macri, led the raising of the national flag before the President's arrival.

At Balcarce 50, they expect to advance in definitions related to the political strategy for the coming months, in a context marked by parliamentary negotiations and the need to consolidate the new phase of the Government.

The Tedeum of May 25 and its political weight

The Tedeum represents one of the most traditional institutional ceremonies in Argentina and often serves as a political gesture of high symbolic value between the Church and the executive power.

Milei's presence at the Metropolitan Cathedral came after weeks of intense political and economic activity, as the ruling party attempts to reinforce its reform agenda and consolidate parliamentary support.

The President was once again seen accompanied by the core of his administration, especially by Karina Milei and Manuel Adorni, two of the most significant figures within the libertarian political framework.
