Justice ordered the arrest of Luna Ortigoza and is investigating her for her possible connection to a drug trafficking network.

A former officialKirchnerist from the municipality of Morón remains fugitive after a raid on the house she rented led to the discovery of drugs and items related to their distribution.
She is Luna Soyai Ortigoza, who served as the director of the Comprehensive Territorial Center for Gender and Diversity Policies until the time of the raid and her subsequent flight, and is currently being sought by the Justice.
The operation took place on May 21 at a residence on Isabel Pardo Street, in Castelar, following a series of prior anonymous complaints that had not yielded results.

On this occasion, officers from the Metropolitan West Operations Division of the Federal Police carried out the operation that allowed them to find, in various areas of the house, 509 grams of cocaine, packaged in a brick-like form and four compact stones, as well as 26 grams of marijuana.
During the raid, the agents also seized a precision scale, a spoon with traces of substance, nearly 25 thousand pesos in cash, two unused SIM cards from Claro, several mobile phones, including a light blue Samsung, seven bank cards, and the ID of the former official. All these items were incorporated into the judicial case that seeks to determine the extent of the investigated activities.
Ortigoza is not the only person sought by Justice. Her partner, Ángel Daniel Paz, 34 years old, an employee of a private security company, is also on the run. According to the investigation, he is considered the leader of a group dedicated to drug dealing in the western district of the Buenos Aires metropolitan area.
The case is being handled by the prosecutors of Morón Emiliano Reggiani and Marisa Monti, who requested the capture of both suspects from Judge Laura Pinto. The file seeks to establish what the specific role of the former official was within the investigated structure.

Connections to Kirchnerism
Ortigoza was appointed to her position on June 16, 2025, by Municipal Decree No. 6769/58, with a workload of 48 hours per week, in an area dependent on the Undersecretariat for Gender-Based Violence Policies and Comprehensive Protection Devices, within the Secretariat for Women, Genders, and Diversity of the municipality.
The appointment was signed by the Secretary of the Mayor's Unit, Estefanía Franco; the Secretary of Legal and Technical Affairs, Hernán Sabbatella; and the ultra-Kirchnerist mayor of Morón, Lucas Ghi.
In parallel to the investigation, other names linked to the former official's family began to emerge. Her mother, Silvina Noemí Ortigoza, was part of lists related to Nuevo Encuentro in 2023, a political force allied with Kirchnerism, and currently serves as the director of the Community Management Unit No. 5 of Castelar South.
Additionally, her sister, Betania Yael Milego, 37 years old, works as an advisor to the Buenos Aires senator Mónica Macha, one of the historical figures of the same political space in the district.
The political and family connections also extend to the Secretary of Legal and Technical Affairs of the municipality, Hernán Sabbatella, with whom the Ortigoza family maintains ties. In 2021, Sabbatella was accused of sexual abuse and distribution of drugs by a former municipal employee, although that case was archived in November of that same year.
