Amid the rumors of a romantic involvement between Tiago PZK and La Joaqui, Luck Ra spoke again about the situation and explained that what hurt him the most was not the possibility of his ex-partner starting a new relationship, but the attitude of someone he had until then considered a friend.
During an extensive conversation with Coscu, the Córdoba singer reconstructed how his relationship with Tiago was before they distanced themselves and revealed some of the messages he received from him when he had just separated.
He explained that when he ended his relationship with La Joaqui, he tried to keep the news within a very small circle. In fact, he stated that Tiago PZK and Lit Killah were among the few people who knew what had happened before it became public knowledge.
According to Luck Ra's version, Tiago would have used the information he provided about his separation to get closer to La Joaqui
“What the other guy did, honestly seems like a lot to me, what do you want me to say? Especially knowing that the only two people I had talked to when I broke up were Lit and him,” he expressed.
Luck Ra recalled that he was in New York when he discovered that the separation was already public knowledge. “One day I woke up in New York to the news that it had already become public that we had broken up and I didn’t understand why,” he said.
“I don’t know at what point someone is your friend, your partner, your colleague or something, but for me, at least, if I care about you, you are a friend,” he maintained.
The messages Tiago PZK sent to Luck Ra about La Joaqui
One of the moments that caught the most attention came when Luck Ra recalled how Tiago tried to support him while he was going through the separation.
“The guy was sending me messages: ‘Little fatty, I love you a lot, everything is going to be fine, don’t worry about the things that people exaggerate a lot, you know I care about you a lot’,” he revealed.
He also recalled other words he received during those days: “I went through it too, I understand you more than anyone, this is a bummer what you’re going through, people always talk too much.”
When the rumors linking Tiago with La Joaqui later emerged, those exchanges took on a different meaning for the Córdoba native. “Those messages ended up hurting me a lot. At the time, they hurt me a lot,” he acknowledged. He even stated that the situation changed the way he related to other people: “I started to distrust people.”
Over time, he also began to perceive a distancing. Luck Ra mentioned that he found it strange not to have been invited to Tiago's birthday, although he still decided to greet him. “I sent him: ‘Friend, happy birthday, I love you a lot’,” he recalled.
