  • Late July to late October: missions to obtain Trainer cards such as Leaf, Sabrina, and Red.

  • Late July to early August: login events with booster packs and various items.

With Sky Dominator, the Pokémon Pocket TCG adds one of its most important updates of the year, combining new cards, gameplay improvements, and multiple activities to keep its community engaged.

The arrival of Mega-Rayquaza ex, along with new features and special events, aims to provide more content for both competitive players and those who enjoy expanding their digital collection.

The Pokémon Pocket Trading Card Game officially presented Sky Dominator, its upcoming content expansion, which will be available starting July 29, 2026. The update will prominently feature Mega-Rayquaza ex, one of the franchise's most iconic Pokémon, as well as incorporate new features, temporary events, and special rewards for the community.

The expansion promises to renew the gaming experience with new cards and quality of life improvements for users.

The main attraction of Sky Dominator will be the inclusion of Mega-Rayquaza ex, a Pokémon that arrives to become one of the most powerful cards in the collection.

Additionally, starting on August 1, new custom covers and backgrounds inspired by Mega-Rayquaza will be available, allowing players to showcase their collection with an exclusive aesthetic.

New features to enhance the gaming experience

The update also introduces several improvements to the mechanics of Pokémon Pocket.

Among the most important new features are:

  • The ability to share decks via 2D codes.

  • An improvement in the card index, which will automatically register those cards present in multiple expansions.

  • A new system that guarantees a ♦♦♦♦ or higher rarity card when opening certain booster packs under specific conditions.

These features aim to facilitate the organization of collections and enhance the experience for players when obtaining new cards.

New missions and a deck featuring Mega-Lucario ex arrive

From late July to late October, new elite deck gift missions will be available.

Those who complete these challenges will be able to obtain a Fighting-type deck featuring Mega-Lucario ex, accompanied by Hitmonchan ex, two cards designed to offer an offensive strategy based on high-power attacks.
