Kicillof's trip to New York comes amid an unprecedented security crisis in the province of Buenos Aires, which has generated strong criticism and demands from the residents.
The Buenos Aires governor managed to have a meeting with representatives of funds that hold bonds from the Province and with executives from some companies, and questioned the Incentive Regime for Large Investments (RIGI) promoted by the national government to attract capital to Argentina.
