The incident occurred in the early hours of Tuesday in the Belgrano neighborhood, where Candela Arizaga was seen running down the street while Facundo Moyano tried to calm her down.
After a call to 911, the police intervened. Moyano was arrested and released that same night while the investigation continues.
Meanwhile, the 23-year-old influencer was taken to Hospital Pirovano, where she received medical attention, was stabilized, and later discharged.

Camilo, the caretaker of a building in Belgrano, told Sergio Lapegüe and his team on América TV what he observed during the incident.
"I had just taken out the trash and I found the girl running quite agitated and she seemed to be having a breakdown because she was out of control and didn't want anyone to help her. He wanted to contain her, calm her down, and get her off the avenue so that no car would hit her, but she didn't want anyone to help", he recounted.
He also explained that he managed to rescue the dog that the young woman was carrying while she continued running and noted that it was left in the care of a resident of the building.
According to his testimony, a police officer also tried to assist the influencer, but she wanted to get on a bus and leave the area. "I saw a person trying to contain another who was very unwell", concluded Camilo.
