The great Hollywood stars often make headlines for their movies, romances, or new projects. However, this time Orlando Bloom caught attention for a very different reason: he decided to put his stunning beach house in Malibu up for 12 million dollars.
The property, located on the famous Pacific Coast Highway and very close to the exclusive El Matador beach, combines luxury, contemporary design, and some of the best views of the California coast.
The actor acquired the home years ago and later undertook a deep renovation with renowned artist and designer Roy McMakin, who completely transformed the interior spaces.

One of the main attractions of the residence is its open panoramas towards the Pacific Ocean and the mountains surrounding Malibu.
Originally built in 1974, the property boasts over 370 square meters distributed in spacious areas designed to make the most of natural light.
The huge windows allow practically all rooms to enjoy sea views, while the terraces and balconies extend the experience outdoors.
The overall feeling is that of a permanent vacation retreat, where the landscape becomes part of the decor.
