The main right-wing activist in the United Kingdom, Tommy Robinson (Stephen Yaxley-Lennon), announced that he was detained under the Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Act at Heathrow Airport. Citing Article 3 of the Border Security Against Terrorism Act of 2019, the agents seized his iPhone and Samsung Galaxy phones and notified him of a new charge against him for the arbitrary offense of "cyberterrorism".
Robinson's circle, aged 43, denounced that this procedure seeks to confiscate journalistic material and sources that “will expose politicians for their involvement in the violation of a generation of British girls”, labeling it as a “attack on freedom of expression and investigative journalism”.

This political persecution against dissent occurs while the nation bleeds in an unprecedented social crisis, marked by a systemic “double standard” denounced by leaders like Nigel Farage. Public fury erupted after the attack on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 10:30 PM, when a 30-year-old Sudanese immigrant, who enjoyed “refugee” status granted in September 2023, attempted to behead a 40-year-old man named Stephen Ogilvie in the streets of Belfast.
The victim suffered devastating injuries, including loss of vision in one eye and deep cuts to his back and face. Witnesses of the horror recounted the desperate screams: “Get off me, damn rat!” and “He’s trying to cut off his head. He’s cutting off his head”, in a scene that only stopped when neighbor Maitiu Mag Tighearnan intervened by hitting the attacker with a hurling stick.
