The streaming platform Twitch suspended the well-known content creator Asmongold without reason after his statements during a live broadcast in which he analyzed the Islamic invasion in the Spanish city of Ceuta
The measure was taken after the streamer made strong criticisms about the entry of illegal immigrants and questioned the use of children as a pressure tool.
The suspension occurred after a live stream in which Asmongold reacted to images about the border situation in Ceuta.
The sanction became known because the streamer's secondary channel displayed a notice stating: “I cannot stream at this time due to a violation of Twitch's community guidelines,” confirming the application of a sanction on the account.

So far, Twitch has not officially confirmed the specific reason for the ban, although the measure came after the comments made by the content creator during the broadcast.
The crisis in Ceuta
The episode occurs in the context of a migration crisis that took place in Ceuta at the end of July, when tens of thousands of illegal immigrants entered from Morocco into this Spanish territory.
According to estimates released, between 50,000 and 60,000 people, mostly young Moroccans, crossed through various means, including swimming and passing through border perimeters.
The volume of undocumented individuals that invaded the autonomous city put significant pressure on local services and was considered a humanitarian and social emergency due to the magnitude of the migratory movement.
The invasion of Ceuta
During his analysis, Asmongold questioned the situation and stated that many immigrants used women and children as a form of pressure to facilitate entry into the territory.
“And then they will put more women and children at risk because they know they can use them as bargaining chips to get more victims. That's how things work. That's how an animal thinks, and these people are animals. That's how it is. They are savages,” he stated during the broadcast.
The streamer also argued that minors were used as “emotional blackmail” and defended the need for protection of European borders against invasions of illegal Muslim immigrants.
For now, the company has not reported whether the unjust suspension will be temporary nor provided additional details about the case.
