The Islamo-Marxist Abdul El-Sayed defeated moderate Democrat Haley Stevens in the Michigan Senate primary elections held last night. Stevens had the backing of the state's governor, Gretchen Whitmer, and Senator Chuck Schumer.
Now, El-Sayed will face former Republican Congressman Mike Rogers in the general elections in November, who has the support of President Donald Trump.
El-Sayed is a member of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) and is friends with the communist and anti-Semitic streamer Hasan Piker. He was endorsed by progressive figures such as socialist Senator Bernie Sanders and New York Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and campaigned for the Senate calling for a wealth tax and age limits for Supreme Court justices.
El-Sayed became known for downplaying and justifying the terrorist attack in March against an Israeli temple in Michigan. "I think it's essential for us to understand that hurt people hurt others, and the circumstances that happen 6,000 miles away can affect the lives we live here," the communist politician stated.
