The daughter of the U.S. president, Ivanka Trump, was the target of an assassination plot devised by a terrorist trained by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. The plan sought to avenge the death of Iranian military leader Qasem Soleimani.
Sources close to the case informed the New York Post that the perpetrator is Mohammad Baqer Saad Dawood Al-Saadi, a 32-year-old Iraqi citizen. Al-Saadi was captured in Turkey and extradited to the United States to stand trial. The accused planned to assassinate Ivanka and even had in his possession the blueprints of her residence in Florida, as retaliation for Soleimani's death six years ago in Baghdad, an attack ordered by then-President Donald Trump.
Additionally, Al-Saadi posted on the social network X an image of a map showing the exclusive area in Florida where Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner, reside. The post included a severe threat in Arabic that translates to: "I tell Americans: look at this photo and know that neither your palaces nor the Secret Service will protect you. We are currently in the stage of surveillance and analysis. I told you, our revenge is a matter of time."

Who is the terrorist captured by Trump's FBI
The FBI arrested Al-Saadi on May 15 in Turkey and quickly arranged for his extradition to the United States to be tried by an American court. Prosecutors accuse him of being a high-ranking member of the terrorist organization Hezbollah and of being linked to 18 jihadist attacks and attempted attacks in Europe and U.S. territory.
