A new judicial scandal shakes the Argentinian entertainment world and stars Susana Giménez, Telefe and Ricardo Biasotti. As revealed by Yanina Latorre on the show Save Who Can (América TV), the diva and the channel decided to take legal action against the businessman for an

alleged procedural fraud.

“This year Susana Giménez had enough and now Biasotti has fallen into her clutches. Telefe and Susana Giménez together denounce Biasotti for procedural fraud,” Latorre said on the air, surprising the panel and the audience

.

How the conflict between Susana Giménez and Ricardo Biasotti began

The origin of the dispute dates back to several years ago, when Andrea del Boca participated in Susana Giménez's show and spoke

publicly about her daughter Anna.

After that interview, Biasotti reacted judicially and filed a lawsuit against Telefe, Susana Giménez, Andrea del Boca and even the actress's lawyer.

As it turned out, the businessman claimed compensation of close to two million dollars for damages, in addition to requesting the benefit of litigating without costs, a legal tool that allows him to face a lawsuit without assuming certain legal expenses when the person proves that he does not have sufficient resources.

The accusation of “procedural fraud” According to Yanina Latorre, the

focus of the new complaint would be linked to the economic documentation presented by Biasotti during that judicial

process.

As he explained, the businessman tried to prove insolvency through three payslips for 250,000 pesos, assuring that this was his only economic income.

However, Telefe and Susana later carried out a patrimonial investigation that would call that version into question.

“They were three payslips he submitted, and they now demonstrate in an investigation that those three payslips are false,” Latorre said.

The concept of “procedural fraud” refers to situations in which one of the parties allegedly deceives or presents false documentation to the courts to obtain benefits within a file.

As revealed by the driver of Save Yourself Who Can, Susana and Telefe's intention would not be to obtain financial compensation, but to prevent Biasotti from continuing to enjoy the benefit of litigating

without costs.

To support the judicial filing, both parties would have provided documentation related to the businessman's estate.

“They presented properties, companies, jobs, a financial one and even a credit of seven million dollars that Biasotti would have to collect after a lawsuit won against the municipality of Cosquín,” said Yanina.

In addition, he assured that Susana would not intend to reach an extrajudicial agreement. “Susana doesn't want to fix it, Susana wants to go to trial with Telefe,”

he said.

Another of the points that attracted the most attention was the amount that, as it transpired, Biasotti should deposit to continue with the original judicial process.

According to what was revealed in the program, the brief submitted by Telefe and Susana would be long and convincing, and one of the central requests would be for the businessman to deposit 60,000 dollars in order to continue litigating.
