Among the entities offering the most positions are Santander, Banco Macro, and BBVA. The vacancies are distributed across several regions of the country, including Buenos Aires, GBA Norte, Córdoba, Mendoza, and other provinces.

At Santander, for example, they are looking for a SME Branch Officer in a hybrid mode for Buenos Aires and surrounding areas, as well as credit analysts and business development roles. There are also specific roles in Tucumán and Santa Cruz.

On the other hand, Banco Macro has a wide list of searches, including senior marketing analysts, client executives, and specialists in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.

Opportunities at Macro and BBVA

Among the highlighted positions at Macro are Sr. Analyst SOC and CSIRT, Database Security Analyst, and IT Technical Leader, many of them in hybrid mode in the province of Buenos Aires. There are also in-person options in Neuquén.

BBVA, on the other hand, offers vacancies for corporate executives in sectors such as mining in Salta and San Juan, as well as several internships for students in various cities in the interior.

According to the latest collective bargaining update, bank employees receive a starting salary of $2,319,195.20. Additionally, the bonus for Banker's Day is set at $2,067,482.29.

The Banking Association indicated that these increases apply to the usual gross remuneration, including the additional benefits of the collective agreement.
