Under the framework of a lunch organized by the Inter-American Council of Commerce and Production (CICyP), chaired by Bettina Bulgheroni, Chancellor Pablo Quirno presented the pillars of the national reconstruction before an audience filled with the main business leaders of the country, 24 ambassadors, and political figures such as the governor of Catamarca, Raúl Jalil. In his speech, the official declared that the current administration has achieved a historic turnaround: “We stopped discussing how to survive and returned to thinking about how to grow”.
The success of this paradigm shift is based on an unprecedented macroeconomic stability, achieved after inheriting an economy “on the brink of hyperinflation”. The economic team led by Minister Luis Caputo has ensured a sustained financial surplus for over two years, based on a strong reduction of the fiscal deficit and a strict control of public spending. Meanwhile, the Minister of Deregulation, Federico Sturzenegger, has led the elimination or modification of more than 14,500 regulations, executing “the deepest deregulation process in decades”.

The numerical results are compelling and reflect the vitality of the new model:
The Monthly Economic Activity Estimator (EMAE) recorded a growth of 10.3% between December 2023 and December 2025.
Total exports increased by nearly 8%, while the knowledge economy already exceeds 10 billion dollars.
SME exports jumped 25% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2026.
The market of United States has become a fundamental ally, with an 80% increase in sales to that destination during the same period.
On the geopolitical front, Quirno reaffirmed the strategic alignment with United States and Israel, highlighting Argentina's participation in initiatives led by Donald Trump, such as the “Shield of the Americas” and the “Council for Peace”. Regarding the fight against the global scourge, the Chancellor was blunt: “In the face of terrorism, there is no possible neutrality. Argentina has stopped navigating gray areas and has returned to the right side of history”.
