What the construction salary agreement establishes
The collective bargaining agreement also established an extraordinary solidarity contribution of 2% per month to be borne by the workers. The contribution is calculated on the remuneration concepts. For members of UOCRA, it will be absorbed by the union fee.
Employers, for their part, will have to make a 2% contribution aimed at social and assistance actions. The agreement also allows companies to offset voluntary increases granted since August against future increases.
The compensation may be applied until covering the increases established in the construction collective bargaining agreement.
