After two years of dating, Esteban Lamothe confirmed that he will marry Débora Nishimoto, an actress he met during the filming of the series Envidiosa. The news was revealed during an interview with LAM (América TV), where the artist could not hide his excitement for the new stage he will begin with his partner.
It was journalist Fede Flowers who surprised him by directly asking about the marriage and mentioning that the wedding would be in December. In response to the question, Lamothe initially appeared surprised but eventually ended up discussing the plans.
“I am happy, very happy. Débora is happy. I am thrilled and she is too. A couple has multiple steps to take and we must take advantage of them,” he expressed.

Additionally, he shared a reflection on the decision they made after these years together: “Love should be celebrated, absolutely. Love is the most beautiful thing there is.”
Lamothe also hinted that they do not plan to hold a large celebration. When asked about how the celebration will be, he simply defined it as “small”.
Regarding the date, the journalist mentioned December 15, although the actor preferred not to confirm it. He also did not want to reveal the chosen destination for the honeymoon.
“I’m not going to talk more about it, I won’t say anything. If you ask me all these questions next week, I’ll be able to give you more precision,” he replied with a laugh.
However, before ending the interview, he expressed his enthusiasm again: “In this semi-confirmation, I am happy, very happy. Very pleased. When there is good news, I feel that people get happy, and there are always many bad news as it is.”

The bond between Lamothe and Nishimoto was born during the filming of the first season of Envidiosa. In the fiction, she plays Mei, while he takes on the role of Matías, one of the central characters in the story starring Griselda Siciliani.
