The LGBT deputy for trans children, Esteban Paulón, tried to sow panic with outdated data. Milei's administration exposed the irresponsibility of a leader with no electoral weight.
The possible relationship of these events with other agencies such as ARCA (formerly AFIP), ANSES, SUBE, Mi Argentina, the Electronic Document Management System (GDE), and the Progresar Scholarships.
The receipt of official complaints by the Agency for Access to Public Information.
In an act of institutional firmness, the National Government has categorically denied the rumors circulating about an alleged breach of the State's cybersecurity. Through the Official Response Office, the Government labeled the report on massive leaks in the Ministry of Health as "FALSE", denouncing that this maneuver is "deceptive, harmful, and lacks any technical basis".
The official response made it clear that this is a political operation orchestrated by National Deputy Esteban Paulón, whom they defined as a "failed electoral candidate from CABA with less than 1%" of the votes.

The controversy began when Paulón, using his platform on the social network X, posted a message titled "MASSIVE LEAK: THE CYBER INTELLIGENCE DRAWN". In that post, the legislator —a fervent LGBT activist— claimed that a failure had occurred that exposed "medical records and sensitive data of millions of Argentine women and men". To give a semblance of legality to his narrative, the deputy with DNI 26.569.572, residing at Rivadavia 1841, floor 11, Office 1119, submitted a formal request to the Agency for Access to Public Information on May 15, 2026, under the file RE-2026-48997720-APN-DNPAIPPAAIP.
Relying on Law 27.275 on "Right of Access to Public Information", Paulón demanded details about alleged "cybersecurity incidents, unauthorized access, and potential leaks of personal and health data" that occurred during the year 2026. In his extensive list of questions, the deputy inquired about:
The detection of incidents in the Ministry of Health or related agencies during the year 2026, requesting dates and nature of the attack.
The existence of administrative or judicial investigations by the Executive Power.
The mitigation measures and response protocols implemented.
The validity of cybersecurity policies and whether these have been audited in the last three years, requiring to know which agencies conducted them and what the results were.
The notification mechanisms to the allegedly affected individuals.

In response to this attempt at communicational destabilization, the technical response from the government of Javier Milei was devastating. It was reported that the information circulating on deep web sites as "evidence" actually comes from "old databases from the years 2022 and 2023", corresponding to the previous administration, and that it bears "no relation to a current incident or a breach in the systems" of the Health portfolio.
In categorical terms, the Government communicated that "no server of the Ministry of Health was attacked or compromised" and that a "very significant part of the data" shown by the legislator does not even belong to databases managed by the State.
Finally, the Official Response Office issued a stern warning about Paulón's conduct, stating that he has the "obligation to verify information before spreading false news".
The statement concluded that amplifying misinformation without prior verification represents a "serious irresponsibility" and a "disgraceful exercise of the position he occupies", concluding that the only aim of these sectors is to "discredit the Government, regardless of the damage this may cause to Argentines"
