The former vice president of Argentina, Carlos Ruckauf, revealed that there is a report from French intelligence warning about a plan driven by Turkey and Qatar to expand mosques and turn France into an Islamic country in just 10 years.
The statements were made during the streaming Carajo, where he detailed the content of the document and the actors involved.
According to Ruckauf, the report is “on President Macron's desk” and outlines a scenario of external intervention in French territory.
“There is a report from French intelligence that is on President Macron's desk. That intelligence report talks about an operation for France, driven by Turkey and Qatar,” he stated.
According to his presentation, the initiative would primarily aim at financing Muslim religious buildings. In this regard, he explained that the strategy consists of “economically assisting the establishment of mosques in French territory that share the position of those two major Sunni countries.”
During the interview, the former vice president also referred to the role of various actors within the Islamic world and their connection to terrorist organizations.
In this context, he noted: “It is important to remember that Hamas was never a proxy of Iran until the attacks of October 7. Hamas was a proxy of Qatar. The money to sustain that terrorist organization always came from Qatar.”

In the same vein, Ruckauf highlighted Turkey's geopolitical relevance within the international scenario. “But the most key power in the Sunni world is Erdogan,” he asserted, referring to the Turkish president and his influence.
The former official also described the scope of the plan mentioned in the report. “This report talks about a 10-year plan to turn France into an Islamic country,” he indicated. As he detailed, the strategy would include different coordinated actions over time.
Among the points mentioned, he emphasized financing as a central tool. “For that, there is, first of all, a lot of money,” he claimed.
He also pointed out that the plan would contemplate cultural and demographic aspects. In this sense, he explained that the goal would be to “plant Islamic customs in key areas near Paris and promote the birth rate of that sector within France.”
In this way, the Argentine former official revealed the existence of a leaked intelligence document that details a structured and sustained strategy over time to turn France into an Islamic country in the short term.
