Manuel Adornisubmitted his resignation as Chief of Cabinet Ministers and published an extensive letter addressed to President Javier Milei, in which he thanked for the trust received, defended the direction of the Government, and directly pointed out the media operations that, he claimed, affected not only his public life but also his family without any scruples.
“Thank you for understanding the reasons and understanding me,” Adorni wrote at the beginning of the text, where he emphasized that, for the first time since December 10, 2023, he was going against the wishes of the President. He also thanked Milei for accepting his resignation from the position.

In the letter, the now former official stated that during all this time he suffered endless media attacks and maintained that these operations led him to ask the President to accompany him in the decision to close this chapter. The rumors against him included accusations about nonexistent trips, personal expenses, supposed contracts, properties, companies in Uruguay, and other claims labeled as falsehoods and injuries to his honor.
Adorni asserted that he was treated as a criminal and corrupt without a single act of corruption on his part. Furthermore, he denounced that the attacks extended to his private life, his wife, his children, his friends, and his closest loved ones. “They confused the public with the private and intimate,” he pointed out.

The former Chief of Cabinet maintained that the harassment had a limit and that he decided to prioritize the protection of his family. In this context, he defended Javier Milei's political project and stated that the President represents “the only hope for Argentina.” He assured that he always worked so that his children would not have to leave the country in search of a better future.
Despite his departure, Adorni emphasized that he is proud to have supported every achievement of the Government and to have worked alongside Milei and the General Secretary of the Presidency, Karina Milei, whom he also publicly thanked. “Thank you Javier. Thank you Karina,” he expressed in the final part of the letter.

The message concluded with a powerful phrase: “It has been a true honor to serve you and thereby serve the Fatherland. Allow me to insist: the future of Argentina depends on you and your ideas.”
