The health of Mirtha Legrand has raised concerns after she was hospitalized on Monday at the Sanatorio Mater Dei due to a bronchial respiratory condition. The historic host remains under medical observation while undergoing the prescribed treatment and undergoing necessary tests to closely monitor her progress.
The information was confirmed by the medical center itself through an official statement, which explained that the diva was admitted for a respiratory issue and that she was hospitalized for monitoring and to continue with the appropriate care.
What Marcela Tinayre said about Mirtha Legrand's health
In a conversation with Ángel de Brito, Tinayre assured that the situation is under control and explained that the problem is mainly related to the bronchi. “Everything is under control,” she stated.
She then recalled that her mother had gone through a similar situation months ago: “In April, after going to see the play Rocky, she caught a cold. She goes out three times a night! Rest assured that everything is fine.”
Beyond the concern that hospitalization can generate at her age, Marcela emphasized that the host's general check-ups are favorable.
“She has impeccable parameters. It's her bronchi. She forgets her age! She is more than well taken care of and her mood is very good, which helps a lot with her recovery,” she explained.
