A "transsexual" police officer from Germany was arrested for raping a 14-year-old girl

The Regional Court of Traunstein, located in Germany, has begun the trial against a 55-year-old police officer, currently suspended from duty, accused of multiple serious sexual offenses. The defendant, a biological man who claims to identify as a woman, faces charges that include rape, child abuse, assault, distribution of pornographic material, possession of child pornography, and production of zoophilia or bestiality.

The events constituting the most serious charge occurred in August 2025, during a group outing that included a friend of the accused. According to the prosecution's accusation, the former officer sexually assaulted his friend's daughter, a 14-year-old, in the bathroom of a fast food restaurant. Previously, the defendant — who is approximately 40 years older than the victim — had sent her a message with pornographic content via the WhatsApp application from the same police station.

The accusation presented to the court describes the immediate and drastic reaction of the minor with the following quotes: "The victim could not react and looked at the accused in shock". Furthermore, the legal document specifies the outcome of the attack: "The accused left the stall and the victim, trembling and with her heart racing, locked herself in the bathroom".

As part of the police investigation conducted after the report, an inventory was discovered on the defendant's computer and home consisting of hundreds of files of child pornography with explicit scenes of violence against minors. Authorities confirmed that the youngest victims recorded in the material were only 3 years old. Additionally, self-produced audiovisual recordings were found in which the individual was seen engaging in sexual acts with a dog and various human partners.

Currently, the accused remains in custody within the male section of the Munich prison. During the opening of the morning session on Tuesday, a tall individual was observed in the courtroom, sporting long platinum blonde hair, a large tattoo on his arm, and wearing high-platform shoes. Regarding the procedural development, the prosecution and defense agreed on a plea deal (referred to as Verständigung in German law), which sets a sentence of between 3 and 3.5 years of imprisonment in exchange for a full confession from the accused.

The judicial process in the Regional Court of Traunstein was originally scheduled to last for four days of hearings, with the verdict expected to be issued on October 8. However, the formalization of the plea deal could expedite the sentencing and prevent the 14-year-old from having to testify in court. For his part, the presiding judge decided to exclude the public from the interrogation of the defendant, stating that "The personal circumstances of the accused contain details about intimate relationships and, therefore, interests worthy of protection."
