VOX demanded the return of all the unaccompanied minors who invaded Ceuta and to halt their distribution

Spain is under unprecedented border siege, exacerbated by the inaction and submission of a socialist government led by the corrupt Pedro Sánchez. While the sovereign borders of the Nation are systematically breached, the right-wing party VOX, under the leadership of Santiago Abascal, has raised the alarm nationally by categorically rejecting the transfer of unaccompanied foreign minors from Ceuta to various regions of the national territory.

The party firmly demands their immediate return to the Kingdom of Morocco. To stop this madness, VOX has formally warned that it will take the transfers to court promoted by the Executive and has called for each case to be analyzed individually before any distribution.

To articulate this legal and political counteroffensive, the VOX Parliamentary Group (GPVOX), represented by its deputies María José Rodríguez de Millán Parro, Ignacio Gil Lázaro, Francisco José Alcaraz Martos, Ignacio Hoces Íñiguez, and David García Gomis, has registered a forceful Non-Legislative Proposition in the Congress of Deputies for urgent discussion in the Interior Commission.

The initiative details the dramatic and serious border assault suffered during the month of 2026, especially in its last week.

According to the patriotic parliamentarians, around "80,000 illegal immigrants" arrived in the autonomous city (other estimates place the entry at more than 70,000 people since July 30), a figure that remains under suspicion due to the alarming "lack of transparency from the socialist Government".

If it is considered that Ceuta has barely 84,000 inhabitants, this human avalanche practically "doubles its population and constitutes, by its very magnitude, a direct attack on territorial sovereignty and Spain's capacity to host".

In the face of what VOX openly qualifies as a "flagrant act of hybrid warfare through the instrumentalization of illegal immigrants by Morocco", the Government of Pedro Sánchez, far from defending national integrity, has opted to capitulate and distribute the alleged minors among the autonomous communities. This maneuver deliberately ignores the current international legal framework.

As detailed by the party of Santiago Abascal, the Agreement between the Kingdom of Spain and the Kingdom of Morocco signed in Rabat on March 6, 2007 obliges both nations to cooperate to ensure "the assisted return of minors to their families or to the guardianship institution of the country of origin".

Therefore, "the indefinite guardianship of these minors by Spanish authorities and their admission to Residential Care Centers for Minors does not comply with the provisions of the agreement". The party insists that the true best interest of these minors consists, by law and common sense, in "returning to their home".

VOX warns that the submission of the socialist Government to distribute migrants indiscriminately only fuels the harmful "pull effect, benefits human trafficking mafias, and prepares the ground for the next invasion that Morocco decides to promote". Therefore, they demand that the Executive immediately adopt the following unappealable measures:

Immediately comply with the bilateral agreement of March 6, 2007 to facilitate the "return of all Unaccompanied Foreign Minors to their countries of origin, as well as family reunification in their places of origin".

The "immediate halt" of any type of distribution of unaccompanied foreign minors across the national territory. Under no circumstances will any minor in Ceuta be transferred while the "age determination tests" are not rigorously concluded—since there are suspicions of the distribution of adults as alleged minors—and the corresponding "individualized return files, resolved by firm resolution".
