The workers of service stations have already defined the salary scales that will apply during July 2026. The agreement signed between SOESGYPE and FECRA established monthly increases and updates for the main categories of the sector.

The agreement covers the employees included in the Collective Labor Agreement 521/07 and sets the basic salaries in effect until July 31, 2026. Additionally, it maintains the bonuses for seniority and attendance.

New salary agreement for service station workers

The Union of Workers and Employees of Service Stations, GNC, Garages, Parking Lots, and Car Washes (SOESGYPE) signed a new salary agreement with the Federation of Fuel Entrepreneurs (FECRA).

The understanding includes increases for April, May, June, and July 2026, along with non-remunerative allowances in certain months.

The parties agreed to meet again starting August 18, 2026, to discuss a new salary update.

How much service station workers earn in July 2026

The salary scales for July 2026 establish the following basic salaries for the main categories.

  • Managers: $1,600,406.46

  • Administrative: $1,569,084.68

  • Beach Operator: $1,545,472.32

  • Night Watchman: $1,541,730.26

These values correspond to the basic salary and reflect the updates agreed upon in recent months.

How the increases agreed upon between April and July 2026 were

The salary agreement established a series of staggered increases for the service station workers.

  • April 2026: 2.3% increase on March salaries and a non-remunerative allowance of $70,700.

  • May 2026: 2.2% increase on April salaries.

  • June 2026: 2% increase on May salaries and a non-remunerative allowance of $30,000.

  • July 2026: incorporation of the non-remunerative sum of $30,000 into the basic salary.

  • The agreement will remain in effect until July 31, 2026.

    Service station salaries in June 2026

    Before the July update, the salary scales for June were as follows:

    • Managers: $1,570,406.46 plus $30,000 non-remunerative.

    • Administrative: $1,539,084.68 plus $30,000 non-remunerative.

    • Beach Operator: $1,515,472.32 plus $30,000 non-remunerative.

    • Night Watchman: $1,511,730.26 plus $30,000 non-remunerative.

    In July, that sum is integrated into the basic salary of each category.

    What additional benefits remain in effect for service station workers

    In addition to the basic salaries, the agreement maintains additional benefits that continue to apply to the remuneration.

    • Assistance and Fund Movement: 8% additional for the affected categories.

    • Seniority: 2% per year for 1 to 20 years of service.

    • Seniority: 3% per year from 21 years onwards.

    These concepts are added to the corresponding basic salary according to the category and situation of each worker.

    Until when does the salary agreement for service stations remain in effect

    The agreement signed between SOESGYPE and FECRA will be in effect until July 31, 2026.

    Starting August 18, 2026, the parties will resume negotiations to define the next salary update for the service station workers covered by the Collective Labor Agreement 521/07.
