The ultra-Kirchnerist Jorge Rial has once again attacked Santiago Maratea and questioned the transparency of his charitable collections, following the confrontation that the influencer had with journalist China Ansa on PH, Podemos Hablar. During an interview on Intrusos, the host made dire accusations about the destination of the raised funds and, as always, did not provide concrete documentation to demonstrate any misappropriation of funds.
On Tuesday, November 3, Rial questioned the financial management of the campaigns promoted by the influencer. "In the twenty-some collections he has done, there is always a surplus that no one knows where it goes", he asserted.
Rial raised suspicions about Maratea's collections again
The journalist recalled that Maratea had publicly acknowledged the possibility of receiving financial compensation for his work, but conveniently "forgot" to mention that he only did so with the collection for the Independiente club.
Furthermore, the existence of a previously disclosed remuneration does not, by itself, constitute an irregularity.
