The president defined this technology as the fundamental pillar of the economy of the future: “AI is the next industrial revolution, or the Internet, but it will be even greater and have an even bigger impact, possibly up to 25% of our country's GDP”. In this regard, he reaffirmed the leading position of the American power by stating: “We lead China and the rest of the world, and I intend for it to stay that way!”.

To coordinate the executive structure of this policy, Donald Trump confirmed that he will soon appoint an “AI Czar”, setting a standard of maximum demand for the position: “Only applications from people with a high IQ will be accepted!”.
