The program was presented through TAF and proposes an eight-week plan. It includes a total of 24 recorded classes, distributed at a rate of three workouts per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
The routines are focused on the lower body and include different work instances on glutes, abdomen, and legs. According to the product presentation, the videos include exercises for warm-up, strength, and core, as well as instructions on how to perform each movement.
