The legal battle between Wanda Nara and Mauro Icardi has added a new chapter after documents related to the child support for their daughters were leaked. The leak of a ruling attributed to Judge Adrián Hagopián has sparked conflicting reports about the footballer's financial obligations and the validity of the judicial measures.
While the businesswoman publicly celebrated the information, the forward questioned her interpretation and claimed that different files were being mixed up. His circle also responded, stating that the mentioned decisions had been modified by a higher instance.
What the file shared by Naiara Vecchio says
Journalist Naiara Vecchio shared judicial information related to the conflict and stated that the child support of USD 30,000 remains in effect.
“There is no ruling that modifies the current child support: 30,000 dollars”, she explained.
The communicator also noted that the ruling included a financial penalty for alleged non-compliance related to September and October.
“Fine of 50% for unjustified non-compliance for September and October: 15,000 USD for each month. OSDE is owed. They mix documents to confuse”, she published.
According to the initial information released, the amount claimed for those two months would total USD 90,000, including the child support amounts and the mentioned penalty.
However, the current scope of that figure is one of the points being discussed by the parties.
Mauro Icardi's response to the claims about his debt
The forward used his social media to question the data that began circulating about his judicial situation.
Under the phrase “Document kills narrative”, he published a statement in which he distinguished different actions and claimed that some of the mentioned measures had been revoked.
Among his assertions, he pointed out that the Court nullified the 50% fine and that the Justice rejected a request to prevent him from leaving the country.
He also stated that the amount approved in favor of Nara corresponded to support that, according to his version, had already been paid.
“Don't lie to people so much. If you need money, go work. Chimuertos!”, he expressed.
