The fanaticism of Franco Colapinto for Boca has once again made its presence felt, although this time with something more related to his participation in the Formula 1. In the lead-up to the Brazilian Grand Prix, Alpine presented a special outfit for its drivers that quickly caught the attention of Argentine fans due to its unique color combination similar to that of Xeneize.
The French team showcased this Wednesday the new fireproof suits that both the Argentine and Pierre Gasly will wear during the weekend in Interlagos. The design breaks with the traditional aesthetics of the team and features yellow as the main color, accompanied by blue details on the shoulders, sides, wrists, and legs.
The presentation came through the social media of the French team, which accompanied the images of both drivers with the phrase "And it was all yellow", along with a heart of the same color. The proposal is part of a collaboration with Mercado Libre, one of the main sponsors of the team and the Argentine driver.
However, the color choice quickly sparked comments among fans due to its similarity to Boca's colors. This is not a minor detail for Colapinto, who is a confessed fan of Xeneize, having visited La Bombonera and posed with the blue and gold jersey on several occasions. His fanaticism was also reflected during the last Mexican Grand Prix, when his team informed him via radio about the club's victory in the Superclásico.
Due to its proximity to Argentina, Brazil is undoubtedly a second home for Franco Colapinto. This was evident just a few days after arriving in São Paulo, where he had a special meeting: he met with three compatriots (Hernán Bonvín, Claudio Goddio, and Pablo Quaino) who traveled nearly 2,000 kilometers from Esperanza, Santa Fe, in a 1977 Renault 6, dubbed "The Alpine A527", and accompanied by a support vehicle: a Valiant driven by Julio Amherdt.
The meeting took place after a press conference that the Argentine driver held at a Renault dealership in the Brazilian city. There, Colapinto warmly welcomed the travelers, chatted with them, and even had the chance to get behind the wheel of the unique vehicle they had used for their journey.
The situation was documented by the Brazilian media Acelerados, which captured the moment when the driver parked the Renault 6 and congratulated the protagonists for the adventure they undertook to support him. Additionally, María Catarineu, one of his representatives, shared the images on her social media and described the experience as "the best of the day".
After this new setback, the Argentine driver will try to break his bad streak next week at the Brazilian Grand Prix. Action at the José Carlos Pace Autodrome, commonly known as Interlagos, will kick off on Friday, November 6 with the first free practices and will conclude on Sunday, November 8, with the main race.

The native of Pilar has already had two races in Brazilian territory. The first was in 2024, when he raced for Williams, where he suffered a serious accident after hitting a puddle of water that caused him to lose control of his car. A year later, now with Alpine, he crossed the finish line in 15th place, mainly affected by the poor performance of his car.
