President Javier Milei will make an official visit to the city of São Paulo, Brazil, from July 24 to 25, 2026, as part of an agenda aimed at strengthening institutional and political ties between the Argentine Republic and Brazil's main economic state.
The activities will include a series of high-level meetings and his participation in a party event. Additionally, he will be awarded the highest distinction granted by the State of São Paulo.
The trip will begin on the night of Friday, the 24th, when the president departs on an official flight with his delegation to the Brazilian city. The central day will take place on Saturday, the 25th, with an agenda organized in different segments that will concentrate most of the official activities.

It is expected that around 9:00 AM the President will travel to the Palácio dos Bandeirantes, the seat of the Government of the State of São Paulo. There he will be received by Governor Tarcísio de Freitas with military honors in the Civic Plaza, in a ceremonial act that will mark the formal start of the day.
Following this, the Ceremony for the Imposition of the Order of Ipiranga at the Grand Cross degree, the highest distinction granted by the State of São Paulo, will take place.
The event will also be attended by the city mayor, Ricardo Nunes. During the ceremony, the official decree of concession will be read, the corresponding insignia will be imposed, and both the governor and the President will deliver brief remarks.

After the ceremony, Milei will hold a working meeting at the Official Residence of the Governor with Governor de Freitas, Mayor Nunes, and presidential candidate Flavio Bolsonaro. In this meeting, topics related to the bilateral agenda will be discussed, in a context of strengthening relations between both jurisdictions.
As a final part of the official visit, the President will move to the Mercado Livre Arena Pacaembú, where he will participate in the National Convention of the Liberal Party.
The activity will bring together political leaders from the Brazilian right-wing space and will mark the conclusion of the agenda in São Paulo.
