The update responds to the semiannual mechanism established by law and includes an estimated increase of 14.3%, based on the accumulated inflation of the last six months.

The Revenue and Customs Control Agency (ARCA) will implement a new update of the Monotributo that will impact millions of small taxpayers.
The adjustment will affect both the monthly fees and the billing limits of all categories of the simplified regime.

Categories A and B will continue to account for the largest number of registered taxpayers in the simplified regime.
Additionally, those who have automatic debit set up will begin to pay the new fees with the updated values.

What the new billing limits of the Monotributo will be
ARCA will also update the maximum annual billing limits to remain within the Monotributo.
Category A: around $12 million annually.
Category B: about $17.6 million.
Category C: approximately $24.7 million.
Category H: around $82.1 million.
Category J: about $105.3 million.
Category K: up to $127 million annually, compared to the current limit of $108,357,084.05.
Why the Monotributo is updated
The modification of the scales responds to the semiannual update mechanism established by law, which takes as a reference the accumulated inflation over the last six months.
In this way, ARCA adjusts both the fees and the parameters for remaining within the simplified regime.
