The motorcycle sales in August 2026 reached 73,566 registered units in Argentina, according to market figures for motorcycles.
The registration marked an increase of 1.8% compared to July and 34.2% year-on-year. In the first eight months of the year, a total of 586,650 units were accumulated.

The sector is having a record year for registrations in Argentina. Motorcycles did not experience the slowdown at the beginning of the year associated with the tax changes for cars.
Additionally, the motorcycle market has more financing tools available and prices remained stable, with slight increases that accompanied inflation.
Honda, Gilera, and Motomel led motorcycle sales
Honda remained the best-selling brand in August, with 15,581 units and a market share of 21.2%.
Following were Gilera, with 8,988 units, and Motomel, with 8,724. In the annual total, Honda also retains the top position.
Honda: 113,971 units accumulated.
Gilera: 71,979 units accumulated.
Motomel: 70,493 units accumulated.
