Just over a week after its official presentation, a new leak revealed the complete specifications of the Galaxy Watch 9 and the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2. The specialized site WinFuture disseminated the technical sheet of both smartwatches from Samsung.
Although they maintain a design similar to their predecessors, the new models would add significant improvements in their hardware. The most relevant change is the incorporation of the Snapdragon Wear Elite chip, leaving behind Exynos processors for the first time in the Galaxy Watch line.

What chip will the Galaxy Watch 9 and Ultra 2 have
Both watches will incorporate the Snapdragon Wear Elite (SW6100) from Qualcomm, presented earlier this year. This is the first Galaxy Watch to do away with Samsung's Exynos chips.
The new processor will be combined with 2GB of RAM across the line, both in the base model and in the Ultra 2.
What new features does the Galaxy Watch 9 bring
The Galaxy Watch 9 would have specific improvements over its predecessor. Among them, the possible addition of a version with 64GB of storage and a slightly larger battery in the 44mm model.
Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity
Wear OS 7 and One UI 9 operating system out of the box
Case sizes: 40mm and 44mm, in aluminum
Water resistance: 5ATM

The major battery improvement of the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2
The Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 represents the most significant leap of this new generation. Its battery would increase from 590 mAh, present in the two previous models, to 800 mAh in the new version.
