The accusation reached the production team of Sálvese quien pueda and to Yanina Latorre's account. The host mentioned that she received Rodríguez's account through social media.
According to Latorre, the woman claimed she had worked for five years for Balli. She also stated that she was fired over a phone call.
“She fired me over a phone call, she always had me working off the books,” Rodríguez stated in the message read by the host.
The former employee claimed that she inquired about her entitlement to severance pay and received a negative response. She then sought a lawyer and participated in a hearing to try to reach an agreement.
According to her account, the negotiation did not succeed because Balli allegedly offered her three million pesos for five years of work.

“I worked from Monday to Monday without a day off, 10 and 11 hours on weekends,” the young woman recalled about that work period.
