L-Gante has been charged with alleged aggravated coercive threats involving the use of firearms. His lawyer, Luciano Locatelli, denied that there is any evidence implicating the singer.
In an interview with TN Central, the attorney questioned the complaint and asserted that his client was never at the indicated residence. He also commented on the results of the raids.
What L-Gante's lawyer said about the charges
Locatelli stated that “there is nothing that incriminates him” and denied that L-Gante participated in the alleged reported incident.
The case began with a complaint from a 23-year-old neighbor. The woman claimed that she was first intimidated by a man nicknamed “El Oso,” identified as the singer's uncle.
According to her account, days later L-Gante allegedly arrived at her home in a black truck with about ten people and with firearms.
The lawyer denied that L-Gante was at the house
In response to that accusation, Luciano Locatelli asserted that the singer never appeared at the location mentioned in the complaint.
“He never showed up at the house. Some have uploaded a video, and that video shows absolutely nothing,” the lawyer stated.
