An informant from the CIA testified on Wednesday before the United States Senate that Dr. Anthony Fauci played an "intentional" role in covering up the origins of the Covid virus, and that the CIA censored and pursued analysts who supported the theory that the virus was created in a laboratory in China.
James Erdman III., a CIA Intelligence analyst who was responsible for leading an investigation into the origins of Covid, told senators that Fauci, at the time Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), intentionally covered up the true origin of the virus.
Erdman testified that the researchers responsible for investigating the origin of the coronavirus, pressured by Fauci and surrounded by the CIA, "made decisions inconsistent with the conclusions of subject matter experts and analytical tradecraft, consistently favoring zoonosis or natural origin".
Biden's CIA pursued dissenters
According to Erdman, U.S. intelligence withheld up to 2,000 pages of classified material on the origins of COVID, in violation of a 2023 law signed by former President Joe Biden that mandated the disclosure of information to the public.
