The unpresentable president of the Argentine Football Association, Claudio “Chiqui” Tapia, will hold a meeting with Alejandro Domínguez, head of CONMEBOL, to analyze possible scenarios and advance a common position on where the match should be played

The meeting was officially announced by the official AFA account on X: “Tonight President Claudio Tapía will meet with the President of CONMEBOL, Alejandro Domínguez, to discuss the Final between Argentina and Spain”.

It is expected that three main axes will be addressed during the meeting: the definition of the venue and a tentative date for the party, aspects related to logistics, security and ticket distribution, and commercial agreements and television rights for the region and the international market
