Political convenience could come at a very high price for some opportunistic leaders who seek to renew their management.

The political inconsistency of some community chiefs in Córdoba, who jumped from Together for Change to United Provinces, generated an irreversible crisis in the Government House. As revealed by the media outlet El Bunker, the patience of the provincial government has run out in the face of mayors who try to pressure with supposed anger. This erratic behavior left several first-term mayors in a situation of extreme weakness for their future

.

In the town of Huerta Grande, the decision of the Peronist leadership has already been taken to displace those who did not demonstrate genuine and constant loyalty. Matías Montoto appears as the confirmed name to represent the space We Do United for Córdoba in the next elections in the mountain municipality. The main objective is to punish leaders who speculate on their political affiliation according to the current wind for personal gain

.

For its part, in the town of Tanti, a dispute is looming that highlights the consequences of betraying original party identities. The leader known as the “Turk” Azar appears as the direct competitor to face the Emiliano Paredes scheme within that town in Punilla. Unlike Paredes, who was a candidate for deputy for United Provinces in the last legislative elections, Azar maintains his ideological coherence and does not rule out future strategic alliances with La Libertad

Avanza without abandoning his principles.

Strong official warning at the Radical Forum

Tension escalated during a recent meeting where Minister Manuel Calvo made clear what role territorial allies should play. “So you wanted the governor to receive them? The governor is there for other things,” said the official, as published by El Bunker. The directive was forceful in demanding that, if they want provincial assistance, they must first align themselves in claiming funds against the national government

.

The discomfort in El Panal lies in the fact that many mayors tried to play both ways to protect their share of power in districts that are at risk. The leadership of Cordovan Peronism is no longer willing to tolerate the opportunism of those who take pictures with opponents when they don't get what they want. This lack of absolute commitment to the Llaryora project will cost them the necessary support structure to retain

their own mayors.

Lieutenant Governor Myrian Prunotto would be one of the main drivers of renewing faces in municipalities where the current leaders have failed. The mayors of the Radical Forum who entered the government headquarters expecting exceptional benefits withdrew with the certainty that their room for maneuver is zero. The price of being a weather vane in current Córdoba politics will be paid with the loss of territoriality in the face of more stable

and predictable candidates.
