A compelling accounting report has cornered Martín Insaurralde, one of the main representatives of the negligence and corruption that characterized the Kirchnerist era, confirming that his luxury expenses are absolutely incompatible with his declared income.
The report, which exposes the impunity with which the former mayor of Lomas de Zamora operated, consists of an extensive analysis of 618 pages presented to the federal court of his own district.

From a detailed perspective, the analysis covering the period 2014-2023 breaks down a systematic financial discrepancy:
Inconsistencies in pesos: Consumption was detected that exceeded the recorded availability in the years 2014, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, and 2023.
Inconsistencies in dollars: The experts found irregularities in the fiscal years 2015, 2016, 2020, and 2022.
Lack of transparency: The report warns that "more than 35% of the analyzed segments lack sufficient information for an accurate economic valuation".
The shamelessness of the former head of the Buenos Aires Cabinet reaches the point that, according to sources in the case, "the consumption does not match the declared income" and the "documentation provided is not sufficient to justify the assets and financial movements".
The experts from the Court also noted that part of the documentation submitted by the defense of the accused presented "amendments, absence of certifications, or inconsistencies in personal data and addresses", a crude maneuver to try to hide what the scandal of the yacht “Bandido” in Marbella had already made evident to society.

The case, driven by prosecutor Sergio Mola and currently under the supervision of judge Luis Armella, is heading towards an imminent summons for interrogation for the core of the investigation.
