The ANSES confirmed that it will continue paying the extraordinary bonus for retirees and pensioners during August 2026, under Decree 437/2026. The support reaches those who receive the minimum pension and also, in a decreasing manner, those who exceed that amount.
After the mobility adjustment of 1.9% applied in July, the minimum pension rose to $419,817.13. With the complete extraordinary bonus, the guaranteed income for August amounts to $489,775.92.

How the ANSES extra bonus works
The ANSES scheme aims to ensure a guaranteed minimum income for beneficiaries of the Argentine Integrated Pension System (SIPA), preventing pensions from falling below the amount established for this period.
To avoid marked differences between those receiving the minimum pension and those who barely exceed it, the agency applies a decreasing bonus mechanism. As the pension amount increases, the support decreases in the same proportion, maintaining a similar income floor between both groups.
Scale of the extraordinary bonus for August 2026
The payment scale for intermediate pensions is as follows:
Pension of $419,775.93: full bonus of $70,000 (total: $489,775.93)
