In the midst of the conflict over a family property linked to L-Gante in General Rodríguez, La Mañana con Moria showed how the family currently living in the house is doing. Mercedes Ninci went to the location and spoke with the couple who remain inside with their children, although both decided to preserve their identity.

The man acknowledged during the broadcast that they entered the house by their own decision. “We entered, we enabled ourselves,” he stated while explaining how they came to settle in the property.

The acknowledgment about entering the house

According to his account, the decision was linked to the situation of their children and the economic difficulties they are facing. “We entered, we enabled ourselves,” he reiterated, while avoiding providing further details about the circumstances of their entry.

The couple also expressed fear regarding what might happen due to the public exposure of the case. “We, what reprisals can we take against them?,” the man posed when referring to the conflict surrounding the house.

During the tour, Mercedes Ninci showed part of the interior of the property and the conditions in which the family remains. “We don't even have toilet paper,” the occupant assured while describing the lack of basic items.

The family's economic difficulties

The lack of resources was also exposed by the available food inside the house. “We don't even have toilet paper,” the man insisted, emphasizing that they are struggling to meet daily expenses.

The woman living in the property stated, for her part, that she currently does not receive state assistance. As she explained during the broadcast, “she does not receive social aid or food packages from the province,” so they mainly depend on relatives.

In that sense, she mentioned that it was a person from her close circle who recently brought them food. “My mother-in-law brought us groceries yesterday so we could eat,” she recounted about the help they received to sustain themselves.

The conflict surrounding the property

The couple decided not to show their faces or reveal their names during the interview. The man explained that this decision was linked to the fear that the situation generates for them and asked again: “What reprisals can we take against them?.”

The presence of the family inside the property thus became the center of a dispute over the property linked to the environment of L-Gante. While the conflict continues, the occupants acknowledged that they entered on their own and exposed during the broadcast the conditions in which they live with their children.
