In the context of consolidating economic growth, the Government of Javier Milei announced today the appointment of economist Adrián Ravier as the new presidential spokesperson.
The decision was initially communicated by the Chief of Staff, Manuel Adorni, and explained in detail in a statement from the Presidential Spokesperson's Office, which focused on the new role that will be adopted and the need to strengthen the dissemination of the advances of the economic program.
The official message frames the measure in the context of a structural transformation of the country. “After decades of decline and policies that condemned Argentines to inflation, poverty, and stagnation, Argentina is beginning to reap the fruits of the economic program promoted by President Javier Milei,” states the released text.

According to the Government, the adopted course is already beginning to show concrete results. In this regard, it highlights that, “with the achieved fiscal balance, inflation in decline, and the economy regaining dynamism, the country is entering a new phase of growth and prosperity.”
The libertarian administration projects that this scenario will continue to deepen in the coming months. “The main economic indicators will increasingly reflect this transformation, initiating a virtuous cycle that will allow for income recovery, genuine job creation, and multiplying opportunities for millions of Argentines,” asserts the statement.
The new role of the Spokesperson's Office
In this context, the role of communication acquires strategic centrality. From the Executive, they emphasize that the Presidential Spokesperson's Office will be aimed at “communicating and explaining the main economic milestones of this transformation stage,” with the goal of supporting the growth process evidenced in the macroeconomic indicators.

The background of Adrián Ravier
The new spokesperson has a significant background linked to the academic field and liberalism. He is an economist with a Master's in Economics and Business Administration from ESEADE and a PhD in Applied Economics from King Juan Carlos University in Spain.
Additionally, he served as a national deputy for La Pampa and played an active role in the ideological sphere as Academic Director of the Faro Foundation.
The Government emphasizes that his technical profile will be key in this stage. In this sense, they highlight that his incorporation “responds to the need for a specialized voice to communicate clearly and precisely the challenges, advances, and opportunities of the new economic phase that the Argentine Republic is going through.”
