In a display of authority that marks a milestone in the recent history of the country, the National Government has proceeded with the expulsion of 14,000 foreigners over the last six months. This figure, which evidences a strong acceleration of security policies, was communicated by the Minister of Security of the Nation, Alejandra Monteoliva, who through her social media declared with a word that has become a trademark of the administration: “Out”.
The official was categorical in defining the new standards of coexistence on Argentine soil: “Argentina is open to those who come to work, to invest, to respect and comply with the law. Those who do not, have no place”. The migratory purge is not arbitrary; it surgically focuses on individuals with criminal records, Interpol red alerts, legal impediments, or those who attempted to undermine national sovereignty by entering without complying with current regulations.

In this sense, the minister reinforced the official message: “If you are a foreigner and have a record, commit crimes, want to enter or are here illegally, out”.
This operational record is not a coincidence, but the result of strengthened controls at airports, ports, and border crossings. By the end of January, the administration had already demonstrated its effectiveness by accounting for nearly 5,000 foreigners among those expelled, inadmitted, captured, or extradited in just two months. The policy of “migratory order and national security” has intensified drastically since then.
The precision of this "cleaning" is supported by high-complexity territorial operations. A paradigmatic example was the intervention of the Argentine Federal Police (PFA) at the fair in Villa Celina, in the district of La Matanza. In this operation, 458 people were identified, of which 369 turned out to be foreigners.
Thanks to the use of cutting-edge technology, such as the biometric system Morpho RAPID ID, and data cross-referencing with SIFCOP, the National Directorate of Migrations (DNM), and the SASI system, 16 foreign citizens in irregular situations were detected.

Beyond the migratory situation, these operations have allowed for the dismantling of illegal trade networks. At the same fair in La Matanza, violations of the Trademark Law number 22,362 and the sale of stolen and blocked devices by ENACOM were confirmed. The seizure included 70 cell phones, 50 t-shirts, 226 pairs of sneakers, and 55 pairs of pants from counterfeit brands.
The judiciary has firmly supported this action. Judge Leonardo Cano, in charge of the Federal Court in Criminal and Correctional Matters number 3 of Morón, ordered the immediate detention of four Bolivian citizens —three women and one man— involved in these illicit activities.
With these actions, the Government of Freedom reaffirms that the unconditional respect for property and the law is the only path to a prosperous nation. As Minister Monteoliva emphasized: “In Argentina, those who violate the law must take responsibility for their actions”. The era of impunity for foreign criminals has ended.
