The woman who filed the complaint released a video in which she is seen kissing the former cocaine-addicted president and requested protection for herself and her family
A new scandal shakes the leftist former president of Colombia Gustavo Petro. Deicy Alejandra Jiménez, who accused him of allegedly awarding state contracts in exchange for sexual favors, published an intimate video in which she appears with the former president and they kiss, material she presented as support for her testimony.
“Today I publish this video as proof that I am telling the truth,” Jiménez stated while sharing the recording on her Instagram account. She also requested protection for herself and her family and claimed that she holds Petro responsible if anything happens to them. The released footage confirms the existence of an intimate encounter between the two, which Petro himself has denied.
The woman claims that during Petro's government, there was a mechanism through which women close to the then-president allegedly gained contracts with state agencies in exchange for sexual encounters. According to her account, there was a network made up of dozens of women, a claim that is currently under investigation and has not yet been legally substantiated.
An investigation by Noticias RCN identified ten contracts with public agencies between 2021 and 2026 involving the complainant, with a total amount exceeding 100 million Colombian pesos. The records include seven contracts with Congress, one with the Superintendency of Surveillance, and two with the Ministry of the Interior.
In particular, a former official from the Ministry of the Interior confirmed two contracts awarded to Jiménez by that department for approximately 41 million Colombian pesos. One was signed in August 2025 for about $11 million, and another in January 2026 for around $30 million. The official stated that the contracts were in response to operational needs and denied knowing of any special recommendation to include her.

The case has already reached judicial bodies. Jiménez testified before the Supreme Court of Justice, while the Prosecutor's Office is also analyzing the allegations. The Attorney General's Office has also opened a preliminary investigation based on the allegations regarding the alleged use of state contracts.
The publication of the video now introduces an element that supports a substantial part of her account: Jiménez indeed maintained a private relationship with Gustavo Petro.
