After a report of sexual abuse and threats against him became known, the Turf singer and judge of Es Mi Sueño, Joaquín Levinton, decided to speak for the first time through his Instagram stories. In a strong message, he denied the allegations and presented his own version of the events.
Levinton claimed that the woman accusing him has been harassing him for a long time. He recounted that she even showed up violently at his front door. “She was never my partner, it is very important for me to clarify that, and our casual relationship lasted very little time,” the musician wrote.
The filed complaint
The singer's public statement came after a complaint filed on September 28, 2026, became known. In it, a woman accuses him of sexual abuse and threats. According to the police report, the complainant stated that she had a relationship with Levinton between 2015 and 2020 and described various episodes of physical and psychological violence, in addition to sexual abuse.
Among the events she recounted is an episode in which, according to her version, Levinton allegedly grabbed her by the neck when she tried to leave a meeting. She also claimed to have recently found audiovisual records that, according to her statement, were made without her consent.
The case was assigned to the National Criminal and Correctional Court No. 50. The court ordered that the complainant be interviewed by personnel from the Victim Support Center and ordered the closure and elevation of the proceedings. The same police report notes a prior incident from 2023 for a complaint of sexual abuse with carnal access involving the same accused.
It is important to note that the accusations are part of a judicial investigation and do not imply a conviction or determine Joaquín Levinton's criminal responsibility.
