The Justice system has once again involved L-Gante in a conflict where he is the main character due to the usurpation of one of his properties. The disastrous prosecutor Florencia Toscano issued a ridiculous precautionary measure that prohibits the singer from approaching the illegal occupants of the house and orders them to cease any form of harassment.

According to reports, the decision was based on the evidence provided by the usurpers. The prosecutor included 68 videos from the monitoring center that support the occupants' version. The ruling directly aims to protect those who have illegally taken possession of the property.

The province of Buenos Aires belongs to the bandits

The precautionary measure establishes that the accused, including Elian Ángel Valenzuela, Elías Jorge Cruceño, and Aaron del Médico, must avoid all contact with the victims and their family. The prohibition also extends to any communication via WhatsApp, social media, or other technological means.

The situation doesn't end there: additionally, they are prohibited from approaching the residence where the complainants currently live. In this way, the Justice system prioritized the situation of the occupants over the singer's property claim.

The accusations against the singer

The main case does not revolve around the usurpation itself, but rather the threats that the occupants allegedly received. He is accused of simple threats and aggravated threats due to the use of a firearm.

These crimes, in real concurrence, carry a potential sentence of up to five years. Simple threats carry a maximum of two years, while aggravated threats with a weapon carry three. Journalist Pampa Mónaco detailed these points while reporting on the progress of the investigation.

From the judicial environment, it was clarified that the issue of usurpation runs on a separate track. The current investigation focuses exclusively on the reports of intimidation and threats made by those inside the property.

The perimeter restriction measure aims precisely to prevent new episodes of contact or intimidation while the process advances. The prosecutor considered that there were sufficient elements to protect the complainants.
