The influencer recalled the confrontation on Telefe, shared how he spoke with the protagonists, and explained why he feels he must take care of himself alone
Maratea also referred to the repercussions of the confrontation and to those who, in his view, joined the public discussion.
“I’m calm and I’m used to the exposure. People start to get involved and I understand, that’s how the game is. It’s something I can’t avoid”, he expressed.
The influencer stated that he was able to talk with the journalist after the episode on PH: Podemos Hablar. He also assured that he spoke with Kusnetzoff, although he clarified that he does not know if other participants in the program did the same.
“I talked to China, I saw her well, and with Andy too. I don’t know if Benja, Rafa, and Meme talked, but everything is fine”, he shared.
On the other hand, Maratea explained that he usually stays alert when participating in television shows because he believes they may seek to show his more controversial side.
“I go to a show and they will always want to bring out the worst in me, my worst side”, he concluded.
Santi Maratea referred again to the controversy he had with China Ansa on PH: Podemos Hablar, the Telefe show hosted by Andy Kusnetzoff. The influencer shared how his relationship with both changed after the argument that forced the recording to be interrupted for about 20 minutes.
Maratea assured that he is calm and that he was able to talk with the protagonists of the episode. However, he made it clear that he does not consider the host a friend and that he feels he must take care of himself when participating in television programs.
The conflict began with a question about the funds allocated for building a shelter for dogs. The exchange between Maratea and China Ansa escalated until the production had to stop the recording for approximately 20 minutes.
Recalling what happened, the influencer explained that he took advantage of that interval to talk to Kusnetzoff and express his stance on television exposure.
“Andy is not my friend and I don’t think he will take care of me. I talked to him during that 20-minute break and told him: ‘You know what? I have to take care of myself because none of you are going to take care of me’”, he revealed.
