The One Piece now has a confirmed release date on Netflix. The platform presented the first official trailer of the highly anticipated animated remake during the Annecy International Animation Festival.
The new adaptation of One Piece, developed by WIT Studio, will have a more compact version of the original story and will be exclusively available on the streaming service in 2027.

The One Piece will premiere in February 2027 exclusively on Netflix.
The first season will consist of seven episodes that will be released simultaneously. The story will adapt the first 50 chapters of the manga created by Eiichiro Oda.
This stage covers the East Blue saga up to the meeting of Monkey D. Luffy with Sanji at the Baratie restaurant.

According to IGN, the preview presented on June 24 in Annecy offers the first real look at the animation of the project.
Until now, only pieces of concept art had been shown. The new material allows us to see the definitive visual style of the series.
